She is featured in several design and architectural editorials following her overhaul, including Architectural Digest and Dwell. Terry Crews

After his football career, Terry Crews and his wife Rebecca bought a bungalow in Pasadena, where he transitioned to acting. They moved multiple times, but the Brooklyn Nine-Nine star once again moved to the area in 2021 and purchased a 5.6 million dollar home built in 1921. With four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, the expansive 5,300 square-foot home sits on just over one acre with a huge outdoor pool, multiple patios, and Spanish-inspired architectural touches.

Shia LaBeouf

This actor is known for his childhood roles on Even Stevens and Holes and was the star of the Transformers movies franchise. Shia LaBeouf purchased a 5.5 million dollar home in Pasadena on Arden Road. A newly built, four-bedroom, five-bath beauty, it sits on a large half-acre lot. While not one of the neighborhood's original homes, it was designed with early 20th-century touches, ornate outdoor fountains, and landscaping, staying true to the old Hollywood feel of the community.
